The webinar is organized by Marche Region, as Italian Project Partner of the EUSAIR Facility Point, in cooperation with the Permanent Secretariat of the Adriatic Ionian Initiative, within the framework of the initiatives related to the celebrations of the twenty anniversary of the Ancona Charter and of the Adriatic and Ionian Initiative.

The Web-meeting on the protection and promotion of the rights of children in the Adriatic Ionian area is organized by the Office of the Marche Region Ombudsman in cooperation with the Permanent Secretariat of the Adriatic and Ionian Initiative and by the Marche Region, as Italian Project Partner of the EUSAIR Facility Point.

The AII Secretary General, Ambassador Castellaneta, met the Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Luigi Di Maio on June 26th 2020 in Rome.

Among the topics of discussion: the activities of the AII Permanent Secretariat, Italy's economic relations with the Western Balkans and the EU enlargement policy towards the Western Balkans.
