The AII Small and Medium Size Enterprises Round Table took place at the Palace of Serbia with the participation of the representatives of the Ministries of Economy, a representative of AII PS and a representative of the Forum of Chambers of Commerce. The topic of the meeting was about measures of financial support to SME.
Serbian Ambassador in Italy Ana Hrustanovic, chairman of the AII, visited the Permanent Secretariat in Ancona. The meeting was focused on the role of Serbia in the AII and the future of the Adriatic Ionian Macro-Region.
President of Region Marche, Gian Marco Spacca, with Secretary General Amb. Pigliapoco and other authorities opened, in Piazza Cavuor, Ancona, the event " The Adriatic Ionian Macro Region for the development of Europe".
Secretary General Amb. Pigliapoco participated to the event organized by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Vuk Jeremic in the occasion of the 66th session of General Assembly of UN, with the participation of all Ministers of Foreign Affairs representing the member States of AII, CEI and RCC.
Secretary General Amb. Pigliapoco inaugurated the Adriatic Mediterranean Festival, with the participation of the Mayor of Ancona, Mr. Fiorello Gramillano, the Toursim Alderman of Region Marche, Mrs Serenella Moroder and the President of the Chamber of Commerce of Ancona, Mr. Rodolfo Giampieri. With the occasion the Moroccan writer Tahar Ben Jelloun was awarded for his engagement in the fight against racism.
