 ivotal role of digital and entrepreneurial skills&nbsp\;in advancing macro
 -regional pillars and supporting the&nbsp\;Western Balkans’ socio-economic
  integration&nbsp\;into the European Union.\nThe event will focus on&nbsp\
 ;key themes driving the future of vocational education and training (VET)\
 , with particular attention to&nbsp\;upskilling and reskilling strategies&
 nbsp\;to meet evolving industry needs. Emphasising&nbsp\;digital innovatio
 n and entrepreneurship&nbsp\;as drivers of sustainable growth\, AS 2025 wi
 ll offer&nbsp\;actionable insights&nbsp\;to tackle the challenges faced by
  EUSAIR countries and regions.\nAS 2025 will gather in Ancona a wide range
  of&nbsp\;stakeholders in skills development\, activation\, and matching—i
 ncluding universities\, VET institutions\, policymakers\, industry\, and c
 raft associations.\nA key focus will be on&nbsp\;dqf.eu solutions&nbsp\;fo
 r integrating&nbsp\;EBSI/blockchain technology&nbsp\;into&nbsp\;skills cre
 dentialing for entrepreneurs\, with special emphasis on applying the&nbsp\
 ;EntreComp framework&nbsp\;through the implementation of dqf.eu within the
